Leadtek geforce 4800TI + TV

Can someone please tell me how to connect the geforce 4800 TI from Leadtek to my TV.
I have a s-video cable connected with my tv. Also i have a soundcable connected with the TV.

Now i have 2 questions

- must i connect my s-video cable with the tv out or tv in from the geforce card.
- I have downloaded the latest n/vidia forceware driver. What must i do to get my computer on my tv
