Lexmark printer doesn't print

1 pc connects via usb and another by reg cable - this config has worked in past

ctrl /prntrs/faxes shows 2 pc's are connected to the lexmark E238

printer power is on
toner indicator NOT on
paper tray full

when trying to print... printer icon appears on screen...check cntrl/prnts shows job... but no printing

i have not touched the drivers; remember, i have 2 cables attached

thanx, i cant operate my business without printing wld appreciate help soon!
 
Since this worked in the past, something has changed or something is broken. Can you borrow another printer? Have you tried disconnecting one of the computers and starting a print job on one system at a time?
