LiteOn 16x DVD+R/+RW Double Layer Drive Problems. HELP please

My DVD/CD burner is not reading blank dvds any more. It is a brand new from wal-mart and it has successfully burned more that 10 movies. help please

What software burning program are you using? Are you getting an error message?

ive been using 1 Click DVD copy 5 with DVD 43 as my decoder/ encoder. but the real problem is when i put in a DVD the icon switches from DVD/ CD burner to just a CD rom drive

ok problem fixed. thanks mailpup for the advise i got a new program and it works great, and deleted the drivers, installed them and cleaned my registry
