Looking for Help with vista

Ok on Xp I knew where to find certin programs and that now i need a little help.

I used to use a program called movie maker to make clips is that program a part of this verion of windows

The one I have came bundled with the camera and was not part of windows - there is a player but that's it.

well if i am correct with vista there is different packages basic, premium, ultimate etc. Mine it premium and movie maker is with it
