Loooong audible beep inside of Windows

Whenever I turm my backup computer on and logon to windows it freezes and I get this long audible beep, I haven't tryed doing any diagnostics yet, but will be starting shortly, any ideas on what it could be?

A bad memory stick, or something has come loose from the motherboard...

Yeah I'd try memory first and then check all your cards are seated, Video in particular if you have one.

If you're using multiple memory sticks try using individually, in different slots etc. I'm surprised you can get as far as Windows though

Sorry about taking sooo long to respond, had a date night with my other half. 2 sticks out of the 4 I had are bad, it's halfed the amount of RAM that I have in this computer.

Now, the bad part, I bought the RAM off of a friend, and they're Corsair sticks, but I don't have proof of purchase, lets see how far I can get with an RMA, lol.
