Malfunctioning yp-19? not sure... HELP PLEASE

When ever I turn on my YP-T9 it has a black screen saying "Bluetooth Mode" and in the bottom right it says "F/W v1.20". How do I get past and STOP this screen from popping up?

Is this your model Samsung YP-T9 player?

You could try a firmware update or a format. There is a link to contact Samsung directly too.

as for the firmware up date ive already done that
