After reinstalling win98se and reinitiate the pc a window show a msj

Unable to load m.qdesk.dll matrix Quick desk will close

What is the reason of this?

Did the Windows 98SE install complete without errors? Windows 98SE is no longer supported by Microsoft Updates... Have you considered upgrading to XP?
