This is what you get though for basically free versions of an os... They add the crap in to pay for it. I would prefer to pay more upfront and have zero bloat. Most normal people though don't care

Nope. I pay full retail price. The last copy of Windows 11 Pro I bought was $189. I own three copies personally.

Simple. Your $30 key is licensed for for 1(one) device installation and is not transferable. Mine is licensed for me and any device I want to use it on and IS transferable.

And a normal user isn't doing what you are doing. And my point is Microsoft needs to have revenue to keep security and updates going. So they get money off your data.. or they charge more initially or they charge a yearly fee..
When Windows 10 came out, they said it will be the last version of Windows.
Microsoft never officially said that. It's just a meme that some tech sites told it as truth and many accepted it as that.
