Mobo for pentium 820 d cpu

Need a recommendation for a moderately priced good performing mobo for a pentium d series cpu. Would like to spend 80 to 120 dollars for it and have access to gigabyte,msi,intel and a few others at my distributor.

These are hardcore overclocking boards also so if you want your 820 to 4Ghz you now have the equipment.
