I spoke to asus today Tech Support.
They say that it can be up to 85 C to be OK.
If the Probe2 reading or bios gives an error, ignore it.
I'm about 50 C,no problems.
:D

That 50c is very high for mobo chipset, hows your case cooling, make shure of proper circulation. intake and exhaust fans. 50c for mobo is tad too high, try to hit 40's at least, by rearranging fans or changing some thang. GL<

Your probably right

I do plan on adding fans and maybe a better cpu cooler.
I just got this new system and slowly adding devices.
It has lots of room for air circulation, useing Sata cables and round
IDE cables.Plus it's a 4 bay tower,500 PWS.
Those Dell midgets and 250 pws
are NO GOOD.
asus was very reasureing that less then 85 C was OK.
It's still under warranty for almost 3 years.
Their repair dept. is located where i can take it to them by car.
Thats why i don't buy online.;)
I don't do a lot of multitasking to put stress on my mbd and cpu.
1 thing at a time.
But i did want to post this information for all to read.
