Mouse problem

Hi all
I have a new computer and i can play every game accept GTA games because the Mouse is not functioning. I changed the mouse and still have a problem with it. What am I missing here? I updated every driver, nothing worked.

What do you mena you "changed the mouse"? Did you switch mice?

If so, I believe you have a setting in GTA games that allow the mouse to work. If I am not mistaken it is default to be with keyboard.

well, what exactly are GTA games?

sorry for being a nub, but I'm not familiar with a lot of games.
