MS Dolby AC3 update installer no go

I'm trying to d/l the Microsoft Dolby AC3 update installer but the Techspot link is not working for me. I've disabled my vpn and made sure I'm not blocking anything but it just won't download. Is anyone else having this issue?

Just tried the download, it works just fine here. It's a compressed file in 7zip format though...

This installation will get AC3 audio working in all Microsoft Apps. You need to use Run as administrator to install these filters.

Thanks for helping. Something weird going on. My downloading is blocked, but not on all sites! I'll check if Firefox is causing this and get back with findings.

Found it! I use ANT Download manager which monitors for d/l requests and takes over silently, but on Techspot it seems to interact and cause the d/l to fail. Been using it for years and this is the first instance of such bad behaviour afaik. VPN and extensions on or off in Firefox made no difference. Successfully d/l'd the file. Cheers
