MSI b350 Tomahawk audio not Amped

I have msi b350 tomahwak and I'm using 2.1 speaker system (2 speakers and 1 subwoofer) which both speakers sound good but my subwoofer sounds bad.it's not amped and the bass is flat not boomy.both speakers connected to subwoofer by rca red white cable and my subwoofer connected to pc by 2 rca to 3.5mm red line out jack at rear port.same speaker system sounds awesome with my 7 year old intel core 2 duo pc which I sold 2 month before.tried evrything.should I buy a external dac or sound card because motherboard audio is not good enough? is there any solution? please help me.

Latest audio driver download & installed directly from mobo maker?

Does audio setup in Windows reflect your equipment correctly (looks like just 2 speakers to me, should be 2.1)?
 
Actually subwoofer sounds at 100% volume but it's not that much amplified as it should be. it's even can't shaking my pc table.volume and bass control knob on woofer is full and computer volume and media player volume is full. actually I test 4-5 2.1 speaker of friends of mine and they also not sounds good as they shoud be.
