Multiple threats found - please help

My computer is running terribly slow..

I've run spyware doctor and found the following:

threat name / # of infections:
Applications.TrackingCookies - 2 infections
Adware.Advertising - 2
Adware.Zango_Search_Assistant - 261
Adware.zeno_Search_Assistant - 1
Trojan-Downloader.VB.AWJ - 1
Adware.HotBar - 2
