My computer hacked/virus

I really need help, some virus basically took administrator powers away from me, and made itself administrator i heard it was my registry that got hacked, and i need a way to reboot my computer, and the restore to previous date does not work good. Also i don't know any information about my laptop besides it being a Toshiba satellite.

Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions

After these long scans, post a new thread along with your attachments to the above forum.

Would you please let us in on your diagnostic process that leads you to such conclusion?

It doesn't let me change my background image, it says i don't have the privileges, and i cant see my control panel, and i saw a account named administrator that wasn't me on my documents and settings

also it doesnt allow me to delete the virus files because they are protected..

By following the above posted link, you should be able to scan (and remove) in Safe mode Administrator account
