My computer restart by itself

My computer restarts by itself. I am using windows xp prof. spk2. I have tried a couple of searching on internet but I could not find a solution.
Restarting does not happen very frequently but it is very annoying because I am in the middle of something and it suddenly goes off and restarts again.

I have turned off the 'automatically restart' option and I got the blue screen displaying this message:

Once the computer has restarted and I have logged on I would get a pop up from Microsfot windows saying that there was a serious error and this is the information collected:
