My Default Java Is Messed

Ok i play an online java game called runescape and I think ive come in contact with a spyware that makes my DEFAULT java not work because when i go to load a world on there it just has a black box with a white box in the top left with a red X in it,i can play it on sun java but that is alot slower,ive tried downloading the java again and getting Java VM...any other ideas?

EDIT:OH and by the way these pop ups keep coming up like maybe every 10 minutes about "your computer may be infected" or something like that

If you suspect malware adware etc.

Go HERE and follow the instructions very carefully. Print them out if you can.

Once you have done that then go HERE for instructions on how to post your Hijackthis log.
