Then I decided to play a game, but after 45 mins I stopped. and 2-3 mins. after I stopped playing, my screen started flickering green and black and I had to restart my pc. and it was good for the first 5 mins but it happen again 5 mins. later. And now when I plug DVI cable into my Monitor and my graphics card it wont give me a signal. It was also plugged in my graphics card via. a DVI-D cable before. I hope you can help me.

It's a GTX 1050ti

ohhh yeah the monitor works with the dvi output in my motherboard.

I did the most of it and it still doesn't work. can it really be true that it died a hour after being turned on for the first time?
The fan is still spinning...
Hi You did most of it? "can it really be true that it died a hour after being turned on for the first time?" Possible! The fan still spinning is not a lot of help. Maybe other members will reply later with better suggestions

Thank you. Yes I have tried the most of what the video suggest, but if the fan is spinning wouldn't that mean that it gets power?

Hi You are very welcome. You will have to test the hardware and find what's causing your problems. Other members may reply latter.Hang in there. You'll "Get-er-Done"
Good luck. Let us know how things go!;)

Will do :D Much love <3 but do you think I did something wrong when I build it?

I have never had the courage or desire to build a computer. Keep trying and I'm sure you will achieve your goal and you'll have great satisfaction when you "Get-er-Done"

Just to double check, if your graphics card has a 6 pin power connector, is it plugged into the power supply?

Some 1050ti cards require a 6 pin power, most don't. Knowing the full specs of the OP's computer will help determine if the issue is somewhere else besides the video card. Also, the specific 1050ti would be helpful too. This is a prime example of having full specs will help. With the given info, we are blindly guessing.
That said, I'm assuming you (the OP) disabled the on board video on the BIOS? Does it only seem to have this issue under load (playing a game)? Have you checked your temperatures? If the card is acting up during load, then it could be overheating or not getting the proper power (which falls into if the card requires a 6 pin power). Provide us with more details and we can help further.

Have you tried a different set of GPU drivers?
Have you disabled the iGPU?
Have you verified your temps?
Is the card by default heavily overclocked? If so, try to set it to standard speeds.
Do you have another older GPU laying around you can install to verify there's nothing wrong with the MB?

If the above has been done and it still gives you problems, I would exchange it for another one (return policy or warranty). Good luck

My Specs:
Cpu:i5 7500
gpu:gtx 1050 ti
Motherboard: Asus Prime z270-k
psu: 750w Platinum
ram: 8gb
1tb sshd

Ok that barely tells me anything but its a start, try using that, it should tell what you have directly.

Just a question what is your monitor name and model number by chance ?
Pull that "gtx 1050 ti", restart the computer and put it on igpu which is your onboard graphics.
Next windows starts up, go to start-cortana, type in event viewer hit enter.
Once you have that up, click on windows log, then click on system logs.
See if there maybe an error dating back to when you had your problems start up that day.
Bring us back the error code and we'll go from there.
