my laptop had a problem failed connect to a window service. i use window 7, with 2gb RAM. this is my problem:-
1. Starts up very very slow. It now takes 10-15 minutes to start
2. When started, gives the error message:
"Failed to connect to a windows service. Windows could not connect to the System Event Notification Service service. This problem prevents limited users from logging on to the system. As an administrative user, you can review the System Event Log for details about why the service didn't respond."
for your information i have try all the step that have been advices to me. open control panel go to administrative tools go to services then system event notification automatic at startup type and my problem is at status i cannot changed it from starting to started. how to change it is and how to solve my problem.
