My laptop is brand new and has 7fps in RuneScape

Processer : AMD e-300 apu with Radeon(tm)hd graphics (2 cpus), ~1.3ghz
Memory:4096
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics


How can I get better fps, i mean come on i payed 420 for this **** and it has 7-9 fps!

That's a pretty low end APU but still, I'm surprised you only get 7-9fps on Runescape as that's not a very graphically intense game.

Have you installed the AMD drivers?

Can you please tell us what setting are you running the game on? As slh28 said, it's not that demanding.

That does not sound unusual to me, Runescape has become a lot more graphic intense.

That being said, 7-9 fps on minimum is a little fishy I suppose. If you are running on software mode, try OpenGL or DirectX
