My Radeon 9800 pro graphics card cant read drivers for it

I Am Confused i just built a computer and put in all of the drivers but my graphics card (Radeon 9800 pro 128mb) cant read the drivers but my computer can and says i already have them installed my card wont read direct x 9.0 or Capture drivers and this is slowing down my computer soo it freezes or is very glitche please help me!!!

Are you using the drivers that came with the card? Those are usually very out of date. Try the latest Catalyst 4.12 drivers from ATI.com. Have you installed the motherboard drivers?

try removing the card from Device Manager and reboot
