My Sony Vio VGN-NR160E turns of randomly after 5 to 30 minutes time

I just cleaned the laptop after opening and removed all dust. But my computer now Turns off Randomly some time after 1 minutes some times after 30 minutes but while in bios menu never turns of but when window graphic mode turns on then turns off some times after running 30 minutes turns off.

Please let me know the solution

Please describe laptop, including hardware, OS and software you typically use at time of shutdowns.

Check Event Viewer in Administrative Tools for critical errors. Report any.

Obtain, run and report results of a temperature monitoring utility. Try running different software and see if temperatures spike.

Please describe key steps you took to clean out dust. For instance, did you remove graphics chip heat sink, etc?
