I couldnt get to safemode through F8 startup, for some reason, so i tried by setting windows msconfig to restart automatically in safemode. Now my comp attempts to get in safemode but cant and reboots continuously, also since its set to go directly to safemofe, i cant even get to windows. I need help asap, thanx.

On the Recovery Console (Boot your Win XP installer and press R) and type
CHKDSK C: /p
on the command prompt.

I ran chksdk. It says volume is fine. I typed, bootcfg /list ,and Load options were: /noexecute=optin /fastdetect /safeboot:network. I think if i can somewhow disable /safeboot:network this should allow me to be able to load windows normally without windows attempting to boot itself into safemode. how can i do this?
