Need CD for ATI Installation?

I just bought a NTSC ATI Radeon 9700 Pro All In Wonder 128mb DDR AGP DVI Video Card. Its only coming with just the card. Now I already have a Radeon 9200 128mb installed, and the CD. I was wondering can I just install the Card w/ out the cd, and if I need it use the 9200 CD?

You don't need the cd. You can download the latest drivers. I would uninstall the drivers you have now, just to get a fresh start, put in the new card and then install the latest drivers you downloaded from ATi.
