Need Help Choosing a PDA

Well unfortunately my frist post ended up being a request...

Anyway I'll be a freshie in College this fall and really need a PDA with me... I'm looking to spend upto 250 so... if anyone of u could help me choose a fairly good PDA that wud be helpful. Oh yeh preferably... Bluetooth Compatible and all those good stuff.
