Need Help Choosing Replacement MBoard

  1. My g/f's emachines motherboard died. It is an emachines t1221, here are some of its specs:

    Chipset: Intel® 810e chipset
    Memory: 128MB SDRAM
    Hard Drive: 20GB HDD

    3.5" 1.44MB FDD
    Video: Intel® Direct AGP 3D (810e shared)
    Sound: AC '97 Audio

    I searched through their parts section and found this replacement:

    I have a few questions. Is there a cheaper replacement? What do I look for in a replacement? Like something I could go to Fry's ( or best buy and get.

    I searched ebay but since I don't know what I'm looking for [like the socket type] I'm uncertained as to what to buy.
