Need Help Eradicating Hijacked Home Page, etc (www.default-search.com)

Home page suddenly defaults to www.default-search.com which gets a 404 error. Cannot change home page or acdess IE5 options. Have tried other advice to no avail. Appreciate any assistance. - MaNaHeI
