need help on sims 2

i download the clothes. then i send my sim to the community and i buy new clothes. when i get home and try to change...they're not in the dresser. i only have the default clothes still...what am i doing wrong!!!!=stressing here lol=

i need help it keeps stoping at 22% and it says something about an error with the D:\Support\EReg.bin can someone help
