Inactive Need help removing virus

I believe I have a virus possibly called wgsdgsdgdsgsd and who knows what other issues hidden issues with the computer any help possible would be extremely greatful.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Please, observe following rules:
