Need help with redirect virus

I have followed so many guides in the past three days that I am surprised that my computer is still functioning. Here are my most current logs as requested by your 8 step guide.

Could anyone please help me with this? My laptop has been out of commission for nearly a week and I really cant afford to do a full wipe and reinstall.

Apparent fix

So I continued searching for further info on this, I found a post somewhere that resembled my issues and the other user used Hitman Pro3 to remove the virus. It has a 30 day free trial and doesnt require any info up front.

I used it, it detected a rookit infection, i activated the free trial and it removed it, computer rebooted and I am no longer having any issues.
