Need Help with VIdeo Card

Im trying to get the best graphics out of my computer. I am trying to play wow but i lag too much in main cities. I was wondering what is the best graphics card for a low price (up to $70.000 that will increase my graphics on my Dimension E310.

You mentioned that you play WOW (World Of Warcraft) but if you lag in main cities this is not due to your card graphic but due to your internet connection as normally in main cities there are lot of players in so the latency is higher thus making your game to lag. Changing you Graphic card won't resolve the lag problem as it is due to your internet connection.
