Need newnext.me\nengine.dll

I have a HP laptop windows touch 8.1and I need the nengine.dll in order for me to download a Bios upgrade from hp.So whenever I restart my computer I get a popup that gives me a message that there is a problem starting c:\users\user\app data\roaming\newnext.me\nengine.dll .I know its a male ware but thats the only way I can get HP updates.Unless I shouldn,t do updates from HP.Anyone got any ideas.

Never heard of having to have malware in order to get a bios update from Hp. To me it sounds more like your laptop is infected with Malware. You might need to get it cleaned out. Here at techspot malware and virus sub forum.. I have two Hp computers one is win 7 the other win 8. 1. I have never needed any such dll to get up dates from HP.
