Needs help !

My sys was working fine and it when off automatically and when i tried to restart it there was spark from the psu thought my PSu unit needs replacement and replaced it with new PSU .Still my sys is working there is no power on board i haveno clue whatz happ need to know its my mother board or the prob with processor which needs replacement .And the on board led is off (asus A7A266 board and pro athalon Xp).......! :bounce:

Providing that you`ve hooked up your new psu correctly. The chances are that your faulty psu took out your mobo.
