Network card stays green when unplugged

I'm having an annoing and as far as i know a rare problem, my network card stays green and orange when unplugged. At the same time the network does not work, so i have to game on wireless (which is a pain in the a** becaouse we have a bad network, and the wireless "refresh" makes it horible)

Any suggestions in what i can do ?

Have you tried reinstalling the driver for the card/checking for an updated driver. I'd try that first but the way you've explained your problem is a bit hard to understand so I could be way off.

I guess I'm just suggesting what I would try first..
