Hello, I am not the most computer literate person in the world so I hope you have a simple answer for me! My new mail notification for outlook 2002 is not playing the assigned .wav file when I get new messages. I have tried assigning different ones to see if that was a the problem but none of them work, any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
