Perhaps someone here can guide me. I just built my new PC. It has a Asus b450 steel legend motherboard and RYZEN 3 processor/ Vega graphics ( it has no video card because of this) and 16gb RAM. Long story short I power the machine and I get I message on the monitor the says "out of range" I'm connecting to a new Asus monitor ?. I did some troubleshooting. Reseated cables , RAM, PSU connections and I get nowhere.
