Your system is absolutely riddled with nasties.
You`re not running any antivirus or firewall software, which is foolish to say the least. If you don`t have any firewall software and you connect to the net, your system can be hacked and infected within seconds.
I suggest you you download the following programmes and burn them to cd.
AVG free or Avast antivirus programmes.
Zonealarm or Kerio free firewall programmes.
Spybot Search & Destroy.
Ad-Aware se personal.
Spyware Blaster.
AVG Antispyware.
Ccleaner.
Disconnect from the net and format your hard drive. reinstall Windows, then install the whichever firewall programme you chose. Reconnect to the net and install any drivers you need.
Run Windows updates and install sp2. Install whichever Antivirus programme you chose and run the antivirus updates, followed by whatever programmes/software you want.
