I am using Windows XP Professsional. When I am at my desktop, the Recycle Bin Icon is filled with trash, but when I open it up there is nothing in there. Then when I try to Empty the Recylce Bin, it shows that there is a file, which was the last thing I deleted. When it asks me if I am sure I want to delete it, I click "yes" and then I get an error that says, "Cannot remove the folder files: The directory is not empty" No idea what this means, any ideas?

Read recycle bin in XP not displaying files I deleted HLP, maybe it clears the issue a bit.
Just got to love those error messages... cannot empty the recycle bin because the bin isn't empty...
