Next book tablet/laptop can't install drivers

Hello everyone
(I have little tech experience so bare with me)

Just bought an xp pen artist 16 and a next book laptop. Ive seen videos on how to start up the xp pen artist, but the laptop won't install the driver it just keeps saying no app can open the install file.

Just want to start drawing, any help or ideas are welcome, please and thank you tech community
