Nintendo won't let you read this Super Mario 64 guidebook from 1996

The legal reason of the "fair use" rule existence is because
Corporate IP serfdom overlords require an excuse safety/pressure valve.

That's what 'fair use' is.

It's a table scrap designed to justify the insane copyright lengthening that happened thanks to Disney/Hollywood and the politician Sonny Bono who was their puppet.

Fair use confuses people by providing the illusion that the copyright system isn't extreme.

"Evil corporations"? These evil corporations provide people with products we ALL (including you) want, need and desire. They also employ millions of people directly and indirectly. I don't see the evil in that! If you want to villainize a company, go after the management that makes the decisions - it's NOT the company, it's the *****s running it at the top.
Remember. If you work hard and are successful, then you are Evil.

Let's consider Amazon : yes they give jobs to a big amount of people but do you have any idea of how many jobs they destroyed ? In Europe, there used to be a constellation of online stores. Amazon came with the big (almost infinite) money that brought its investors (that I mentioned before), and could easily offer better service and lower prices. This is how they literally killed the competition and now can raise the prices. The jobs they now offer is a small fraction of what used to exist. Microsoft with the same shareholders and the same infinite money uses the famous EEE strategy to destroy whatever could be in its way. Google is even financing its own competition, this is why Mozilla keeps on destroying its own foundation. How many small restaurants would there be without McDonalds and how much less obesity without Coca-Cola ?

Stand back and look at the whole picture. That is what I do, and I see how many McDonald's there are.

Work hard ? Like Jeff Bezos ? He works 200.000 times more than those who own a million dollar.
Nobody works as hard after they become a success. Still doesn't mean they don't work hard though. Maybe you should look up his work ethic when he started. You will learn why some people are successful.
