no audio when streaming radio!

i'm having an issue with my system that when i try to listen to streaming radio i get no sound. the funny thing is that i hear my audio fine when its something like viewing a movie trailer online or anything else audio-related. its just with the streaming radio that i get nothing. the website i'm going to is "sportstalk980.com". i've gone to the site and listened just fine on another laptop. any help here would be appreciated. i've looked all over the web for a hint what it might be, but i'm at a loss. i've even re-installed window's media player (its what the website uses). to let all know, i have a sounblaster audigy mp3 sound card with the latest drivers installed (and re-installed while trying to figure out the issue). thanks in advance for the help.
