Did a full scan with Avast & noticed the icon still in the taskbar after it finished so I right clicked it to get rid of it but no go. Tried Task Manager but still no go so & rebooted & when my W7 tower came back up it wouldn't go online via ethernet & the trouble shooter told me to plug the ethernet in but it was so I removed it both from the wall & the back of the tower but still no go so I'm on my wifi. Then, I shut it down completely, waited a few minutes & booted it back up & still no go. Oh, the Avast scan was clean of course
