Hey guys. I'm new to the board. Hopefully someone can shed some answers or insight to why a user (laptop user) can't access the internet (via office wireless) if their power cable isn't plugged in. however, internet will work with lan cable if its unplugged from the power cable??? wth is going on?
thanks for anyone that can help.

You will probably find that it wont connect to save battery power, in either your bios or winows power saving options you will probably find something to do with it that you can turn on or off.

i checked the power saving and bios options and there is nothing that i can find that would cause it to happen. any other suggestions? i'm trying to replicate the issue here at the home office but i can't get it to happen on my laptop. I am wondering if its an Access Point problem/setting.
