No internet access

Internet is connected but no working. troubleshooting says someting is wrong with the wireless network adapter. I tried using the local area connection but that ethernet adapter also not working. everthing was fine and working but don't know what happened. using windows 7

I am sorry but we will need much more information to help with this problem. Is this the only device that is being affected? Check for an airplane mode perhaps.

Only labtop is affected. other devices working properly

Windows 10? Model/make? Specific error message? Help me a little more. The more information that you can provide the better.Router model/make. Can you connect anywhere else?
