No POST after swapping hardware to new case

Welp I pretty much screwed the pooch on this one. I bought a Cooler Master HAF 932 to switch everything from my HP Elite PC. I switch it all over but now it won't POST. The fans, HDD's, Video Card, CPU fan, all power up and run. No beeps at all. I'm not sure what to do here.

Triple check connections, 5v power connectors and 20+4 pin mobo connector.

Make sure you're getting clearance from the mobo tray or anything else that could short out your board.

Connections are all reset and tight. The mobo is set right on stand offs.

I got a suggestion to pull out all memory except one closest to cpu which did not do anything different.
