No safe mode, run DLL as App is disabled

Hi,im Chola...

I have problem with my brothers computer.When i boot up his computer,explorer.exe doesn't boot up,taskmanager is disabled,and i cant enter to safe mode...on boot up ive got an error,and it's something like:"Run DLL as App is disabled for your safety"

P.S. In past,this computer had disabled Taskmanager and Registry Editor,and i couldn't solve it,and also I COULDN'T INSTALL AVAST!!!

Please,can somebody help me?

First, allow me to suggest that a subject something like "Explore doesn't work/Can't access Task Manager" would have been more appropriate than 'People please-help.' which tells us nothing about the problem. Or "taskmanager safemode disabled."

It sounds like there is malware on the computer. Please move over to the Virus and Malware Removal forum and follow these steps: https://www.techspot.com/community/...lware-removal-preliminary-instructions.58138/

Once you have done that, begin a new thread there, follow the steps, then attach the 3 logs- a helper will review them.

Please make the subject more appropriate.

BTW, I left the same instructions to Radtrasher
