I recently bought adesso headphones for my smartphone which has a usb connection for a pc. I bought 2 different usb to 3.8mm audio adapters and it works with neither one either with the pc nor the smartphone. Are adesso headphones capable of being used with the 3.8mm adapter at all in the first place because I first tried it with my laptop and changed driver configurations and uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and it would still not work with either adapter? They won't work with a smartphone either. The headphones work fine plugged into the usb port of the laptop but they won't work under any circumstances with the usb to audio jack adapter in the system. Just wondering if it is the way they are manufactured.
