Ok, I got a alienware laptop with a C-Media AC97 sound on it. I just reinstalled windows xp. Now there is no sound, i get sound outta the head phone jack but not out of the built in speakers.
Im at my end on this, ive searched the internet, ive updated teh ac97 drivers.
And ofcourse before someone says it, no it is not muted and no the sound isnt turned down.
Please Help me.
