North Bridge Fan woes..

Here's my problem. My north bridge fan is dying on my ECS NFORCE4-A939 (1.0) 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard. I've contacted the RMA department multiple times, no reply. So I have brought it upon myself to just either buy a new northbridge fan or complete new mb. Now as I am looking around I can hardly find a new fan that will fit my mb, and a new mb would be nice and all but I am using a dated chip and most of the mb's I have looked at are cheap, which is good because I don't want to spend a heck of a lot on a dated mb. I'm trying to stay as cheap as possible under 150$. I have found a decent mb that I believe would work with my build, here http://www.ascendtech.us/itemdesc.asp?ic=MB64ECSKN1V10EX. My main question is will it be worth buying this dated mb or just waiting till this fan dies and buying a completely new combo of mb and cpu. If I am unclear on anything, let me know. What are the dimensions of your current northbridge heatsink/fan?

You could get a new motherboard, CPU and RAM for <$200, just make sure your PSU is fit for the job .
