Actually it won't... initially. Nvidia will swear that they aren't mining data from users. And they won't when it's in beta. Until a board member suggests they can increase profits by doing it. They'll hem and haw, then when the app reaches release version it'll come with a new EULA with the right to mine user data buried as deep as they can bury it. Mark my words...
